The Hilton Santa Fe Golf Resort & Spa at Buffalo Thunder is the largest fully inclusive destination casino resort in New Mexico. It is located 15 minutes north of downtown Santa Fe and its many shops, restaurants and cultural venues.
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees at the Hilton Golf Resort & Spa at Buffalo Thunder. The conference rate is available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates and based on availability. Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are exclusive of any applicable sales/room tax (currently 10.88%).
Self parking is available for free. Valet parking is available for $12.00 per day.
Reservations must be received no later than 5:00pm MDT on 10 April 2010. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only.
Check-in time for all guests is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
Deposits & Cancellation
A deposit equal to one night’s stay, including tax, may be required to hold your reservation. Guranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00AM the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made by 6:00PM on the arrival date.
