Sponsorships
Fulfill your goals through sponsorship: promote company awareness; promote brand image and visibility; enter a new market or region; introduce a new product; or generate sales leads.General
General Sponsorship contributions will be used for travel expense assistance, publication costs, and costs of operating the conference. All sponsors will be given an acknowledgment in the Workshop Notes and Signage at the particular Sponsored Activity mounted prominently at the entrance.
Continental Breakfast
There is an opportunity to sponsor the continental breakfasts. The continental breakfast usually includes coffee, tea, juice and an assortment of breakfast breads. The continental breakfast will be held in the registration area.

Refreshment Breaks
There is an opportunity to sponsor the morning refreshment breaks. The refreshment break consists of coffee, tea, soft drinks and a light snack and is generally held from 10:00am – 10:15am each day of the conference.

Lunch
There is an opportunity to sponsor the lunches. There are 2 buffet lunches, one on Monday and the other on Tuesday.

Welcome Reception
The main social event during the conference will be the Welcome Reception. There will be a welcome reception held on the first night of the conference for the attendees. (Partial sponsorship is also welcome.)

Poster / Problem Presentations
On Tuesday evening, the group meets to view presentations of the student poster competition winners and to present their solutions to the Workshop Problem. Light snacks and refreshments are served. (Partial sponsorship is also welcome.)
