Registration

Registration for technical sessions is open to all members of the scientific and technical community. It is incumbent on the authors to obtain appropriate approval to present their work to this international forum.

Registration Period

On-line registration is available on the website from May 6, 2010 to September 10, 2010.

Registration Fee

The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

*Students are required to submit a copy of their student ID or a student certificate letter by the supervisor to the Registration Office by Sfax (+81-3-3219-3626).

* Banquet fee is not included in the registration fee.

Deadline For Registration

Deadline for On-line Registration: September 10, 2010

After September 10, On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the conference period. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Confirmation

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the conference site to receive the conference materials. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the Registration Office: islc2010-reg@ics-inc.co.jp

Cancellation

If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Conference. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)

When written notice of cancellation received:

Until July 30, 2010: JPY 10,000 plus bank handling charge
July 31 through August 31, 2010: 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From September 1, 2010: 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
