The IEEE Photonics Society, formerly known as IEEE LEOS (Lasers & Electro-Optics Society), is the hub of an active community of more than 100,000 professionals in photonics. Our members are the engineers, scientists and other professionals who transform concepts in fundamental quantum physics into many of the devices, systems and products that define contemporary life.

As the sponsor or co-sponsor of conferences and photonics-related events around the world each year, we provide many financial sponsorship opportunities you can use to raise your awareness and market your organization and technologies to highly targeted audiences of industry professionals.

As a guide, here is a general description of the benefits available at various levels of sponsorships for IEEE Photonics Society conferences:

Exhibit table in the exhibit or registration area
Your company logo on the conference Web page with link to your website
Your company profile in the conference program and conference proceedings
Complete attendee list given upon conclusion of the conference (within 2 weeks)

All of our conference sponsors are given the right of first refusal to renew their previous year’s level of sponsorship.

General Sponsorships

This sponsorship is the economical choice for getting broad exposure at the conference.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP

Refreshment Breaks: Host your own coffee break, this is a perfect time and place to promote your company. Have your sales staff on-hand to greet attendees and pass out literature or invitations to visit your booth.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP

CONFERENCE BAGS: Include your company’s promotional materials in the registration and reach every conference attendee with your company message. Inserts range from flyers to promotional products and small company brochures. Inserts should weigh no more than 3 ounces and measure no longer that 8”wide x 11”tall.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - Poster Session/Reception

There is no better way to have access to a mass conference audience than by sponsoring the Poster Session/Reception. The poster session is an event where scientists share their latest research by informal presentations; in conjunction with wine and hors d’ oeuvres hosted by the sponsor. This is a highly visible opportunity for a sponsor to reach your customers.
