The IEEE/Photonics Society Conference Services is a full-service management team made up of experienced and dedicated staff supported by state-of-the-art conference planning software.  We are here to assist in the daily planning, managing and operations of your conference and will work closely with your Conference Organizing Committee to ensure the maximum benefit and reasonable rates for your conference.   A Conference Administrator will be appointed to your conference; this person will serve as the contact point for the conference committee, vendor, personnel and volunteers.
